  The location was great, in the proximity of both Fort Collins and Greeley. However, we decided to stay two nights and that is where the problems began. First of all, when we checked in, we were given our room keys and went to find that our room was still untouched from the guests prior to us! We had to get our room switched. Then, we asked for service to come and make the bed, replace towels, etc. after our first night and to our disgust, we came back that evening to find NOTHING done. When we asked about it they said that Nothing could be done because service leaves at noon. What kind of hotel only has service until noon? To make it worse, the lady at the front desk didn't even seem the least bit concerned, even though we SPECIFICALLY asked for it to be done. Needless to say, it was both worth what we paid for it and will probably have to look for another place to stay when we visit family again.
